I guess that would indicate that your system is on more than off, compared
to other GS owners. this is just my theroy, that the battery will last
longer if the GS is on more often, therefore not draining the battery. Is
this the case for you Willie ?

I have replaced two at about 10-12 years of age, so I guess your's is not
too far away.
