You might be able to attempt to do the copying within an emulator.  In
ApplePC or Apple Oasis you might be able to load the 800K disk image
as a hard drive (give it the .HDV extension).  Copy ][+ is your friend

I suggest ApplePC, as with Copy ][+ 6 or later, you can "type
nul>filename.dsk", load filename.dsk as a disk image, and format the
disk ProDOS (sorry, Apple's tools don't format 5.25" disks properly on
ApplePC), and then you might be able to transfer down to a 140K disk. 
(But ApplePC's serial support is fried, so...) :\
