Yes it would be possible to connect a PS/2 (or serial or ADB) mouse to
the game port with a very simple adaptor. However, no existing software
would work with it.
Possibly an adaptor could be made so that the mouse emulated a Koala Pad
or Apple graphics tablet, but most later programs didn't work with these
either.
