Not unless you install Linux or BSD on the 6100.

The GS/OS does not incorporate any server functionality.

You need two mini-DIN to D25 handshaking modem cables for the GS and
the 6100 to connect to the switch box. You also need a pass through D25
to D25 cable from the switch box to the modem. Try to use the shortest
cables that are possible.

IPNetRouter from Sustainable Softworks is a nice solution for sharing
an internet connection on an oldish Mac. On the GS side, have a look at
the development version of Marinetti on the Source Forge web site.
MacIP support (ie the ability to send TCP/IP data over AppleTalk) is
being provided in version 3 so, in conjunction with IPNetRouter, it
will be possible to connect a GS to the internet cheaply. To run
Marinetti, you'll need a fairly high spec GS.
