I called them today to try to order two of these chips, but they couldn't
help because I didn't have enough information to give them. The guy told
me I need a suffix to go along with that 514400 part number. The suffix
indicates what type/size the package is, so without it I can get 1M*4
DRAMs, but it's anybody's guess if it's going to be a 300 mil DIP
package. Does anyone know EXACTLY what I should be asking for? Even the
part number doesn't match up to any particular manufacturer. Seems lots
of companies make 514400 DRAMs.
