I wasn't bashing them, I was commending them, read it again.

Actually, I went from Atari to PC, and only recently did
I have any Apple brand computers.

This is not really true either. If you look deep, Macintosh
is really the only Apple computer now. They gave up on
the Apple when Steve Jobs decided it was no longer a
worthwhile venture.

That is what drew me to the IIgs also, the ability to convert
it with a mere push of an adapter card.

I love older equipment so much, I refuse to upgrade to
a Pentium 3. My P2-550 mhz runs fine, Win98SE is
great.

I like MS products, and as you said, even the least
knowledgeable can use it, it almost fixes itself.

No one said anyone was anyone else's enemy. I
was actually stating that MS and Intel start something
and finish it. It works and I haven't had a problem with
any new software, it's all good. Maybe a little update
here and there, but I don't need a whole new OS to
run something I just downloaded.

No bashing here, in fact I am looking at a way to use
PC adapter cards on a IIgs. I know, good luck dude.
Well, I'm going to try.
