Assuming you have a stock gs, no. You need special hardware to read
high-density (1.44mb) disks. The drives you have probably read
double-density (800k) diskettes. You can format a high-density disk as
double-density by putting a piece of tape over the hole in the upper-left
corner of the disk. However, it may not be very reliable and you should find
some old double-density disks.
