The system normally used on the GS is GS/OS 6.0.1.
You could download the images and attempt to create
the 6 disks needed to install it. There is also a single
disk version on 800k that boots up to it, or
you can get the disks from me at $6.50 shipped, I also
can provide you with the single disk version for $3.

One place I am aware of is www.a2central.com
Another is the older software site at Apple.com,
but I'm not sure of the entire link offhand.
I'm sure someone else can lead you to other sites
which have this for download, and you'll need an
older Mac to create the disks yourself.
