Simon Williams has done it! I was able to boot both a IIgs and a IIc+ with
800K ProDos disks made with two different Power Macs.
The details of my setup:
DiskDup+ 2.21 downloaded off the net.
Power PC 7600/120 running Mac OS 8.1
720K DOS formatted floppy.
I made a disk image from my IIc+ ProDos boot disk, and successfully booted
the IIgs and IIc+ from it. I also used a Power Mac 4400/200 running 7.5.5.
That only worked once in a while. I'll try replacing the floppy drive in
that one, it was very dirty when I got it.
This will really help new Apple II users get going. Great work Simon!
