Confirmed here, too. I created a ProDOS System Utilities disk from the
Apple-provided image, and it worked on the first try.

7600/120 with PowerLogix G3/400/1MB upgrade card, running MacOS 9.1
DiskDup+ 2.9.2
One known-good 1.44MB floppy (with the HD sense hole covered)
Just-installed Mitsubishi Power Mac floppy from eBay
