I have uploaded a shrinkit disk image in the abovementioned archive. 
One thing though, what did you mean by trying it out on your
'American' IIe board?  I have an 'American' IIe board as well (as far
as I can tell) although the unit seemed to have been in use in Japan
before I acquired it since the Duodisk had some japanese writing on
the sticker stuck to it.
