Found something really cool on Yahoo Japan...

It's a Seiko DATAGRAPH 2001, a wrist watch that interfaces with TIME TRAX, a
23-month scheduling program for the Apple II. It comes with a docking unit
that connects to an Apple II (looks like the docking unit interfaces with
the game port). When you want to sync with the Apple II, you just pop the
wrist watch into the docking unit. I don't remember ever seeing anything
like this back in my hay day. Looks like it was on the market around 1984 to
1986. It's currently on auction for $343.00 USD. Anyone ever used this
thing? Any other devices for the Apple II similar to this?

A considerably less expensive source would be

I've been coveting one of those units for some time now...

I remember those!

(Bryan, Applefritter will sell you a 5-pack for US$349.95 :-)

The Applefritter article says they were originally sold for $500 each. I remember them being advertised in one of the Apple II magazines, probably in the late 1980s, at a much reduced price. They were one of those things that everyone wanted but no one could afford.
