If you really want to put the screws to it, take "SCREEN2" from the
flipside of Dazzle Draw and convert that.  (It shows a zoomed in screen
with a cow in the bottom right corner.)  The menu bar, help text, and
tool set at the bottom come out with varying degrees of legibility
and accuracy under the different emulators.  The fun part is connecting
the RGB and composite connectors on a IIgs, with one of the Magnavox
monitors that Resource Central used to sell, and pressing the button
that flips between the two inputs.

My personal favorite effect is the Big Red Smear trailing light blue
that shows up under IIgs RGB.  I don't think anybody emulates that.
