The MS-DOS FST has a few quirks.
The disk has to have a label. From Win95 click on properties while the disk
is selected.
Without a label it won't be recognized.
Only old style 8.3 filenames, not Win95+ long filenames are supported.
The FST is read-only.
There is a CDA available in the usual places called MUG which lets you write
to an MS-DOS formatted disk and do a few more things than the FST.
