You can buy the 65C02 "schematics" from Western Design Center, but it will
likely be *very* expensive.

I think you should just learn Verilog or VHDL, and do your own design.
The schematics of the original 6502 won't tell you anything particularly
useful for producing a new design.

If they were to design a new CPU for future Macintoshes, it is *very*
unlikely that it would have any non-trivial degree of similarity to
any 6502-family processor.
