Hardware-based Apple II emulation (was: ANNOUNCE - TrackSTAR PLUS write-up)

Do you know what year your TrackSTAR-E was released? I'm curious to see if
it was released before the TrackSTAR Plus.

Besides the TrackSTAR series, were there any other hardware-based Apple II
emulation products (besides the IIe card for the Mac LC) out there? I once
remember hearing about one for the Atari series, but can't be certain.
