Either a Mac with any utility for this process. There are several.. Then
re-plug it into the Rev C and reformat or, EZSCSI on an Adaptec card in DOS on
a ISA era PC. And again, reformat on the Rev C. I know of no Apple II utility
that will do the job directly.
