It is a stereo audio output card for the IIgs, also supporting mono
input. I think I have one in my IIgs, but I haven't used it for about
ten years, and I'm not certain if the card I have is this model. The
card I'm thinking of has both line level and amplified outputs.

Goes in any standard slot, and needs a cable connected to the 7 pin
audio expansion header near the Ensoniq chip in the lower right corner
of the IIgs motherboard.

There was some software (a CDEV) for configuring the audio gain for the
amplified output and possibly the input stage.

Any IIgs audio software will be able to use the card without special
drivers (except for setting the volume).
