As far as I know the Marinetti ( the TCP/IP stack that works with the Lance 
card) doesn't currently support Appletalk over Ethernet.

If all you are interested in is file transfer, you might try a GatorBox or 
FastPath router to bridge from classic Appletalk to Ethertalk.
