No.

Not from Apple at least.

I've never seen any, but that doesn't prove anything.
Some people argued that you shouldn't notch and flip, since the disk was 
now traveling the other direction and could be damages. Some said that 
the felt pressure pad could cause damage. All I can say is, it's never 
happened to me.

Well, SSDD disk might not work, some of them were SS because there was 
defect on one side, but not the other.
