     Thanks for posting the information. Some details would help:

o- Was your ROM-01 IIgs a ROM-00 machine which had been upgraded to ROM-01; or,
was it originally a ROM-01 (produced starting around mid-late 1987)?

o- What kind of memory card did you replace? For instance, was it the standard
1MB Expansion Memory card made by Apple and plugged into the special Expansion
Memory Slot?

o- Did the 0911 errors begin right after you added the memory card or some
other system component; or, did they just start cropping up for no apparent
reason?
