I do not know of any online documentation for the SASI interface. You
may be able to find information by searching for info about the Sider
disk drive.
As far as I know, you need a SASI hard disk. A while back there was some
talk about converting the SASI to SCSI, but I do not know if anyone ever
succeeded.
FYI - Shugart Associates developed the Shugart Associates Systems
Interface (SASI) around 1979 or 1980.
