I believe it is a Xebec SASI hard drive interface card. Ths is the card
used for controlling the Sider hard disk.
SASI is the format that eventually evolved into SCSI, IIRC. There were
two different designs of this card. The picture looks like it it the
later design. I have a couple of these cards in my box of "Not
Immediately Usefull Apple II Stuff".
