If memory serves me right, Little Brick Out is also available as an easter egg on one or more of the Macintosh system software releases. Must have been an Apple II->Macintosh programmer who brought the "Apple II Forever" ideology over to the Macintosh side who did that. Performing a search for "Little Brick Out" on Google, there are other releases of the game (using the exact same name, too!) including one written in Java http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/10645.html. Man, if someone could write a Java engine that runs on an Apple IIgs, and then run Little Brick Out on it, that would be SOMETHING!!!! Totally worthless, but still it would be something to marvel over.
Apple's iPod portable music player has a Brick Out-type game built in. Originally it was a hidden feature, but in the latest firmware update it is accessible from a menu. Looking in Apple's knowledge base I see it doesn't seem to have a name, and is only referred to as "the game".
