CP/M Wordstar configuration

Wow, ancient history! In the 1980's I used WordStar all the time.
In its day, it was top of the line. It could handle files bigger than the
computer's memory.
And it could print while you edited.

I originally ran Wordstar on a CP/M card on my Apple ][+ with a Videx
80-column card.
Wordstar has a MEMMAPV, memory mapped video flag, which when set, made
screen updates fast as lightning.
The Videx had very crisp fonts, much nicer than the Apple.

When I "upgraded" to an Apple //e, (Apple's video mapping is non-linear,
especially 80-column which flips odd+even columns between memory banks),
WordStar screen updates slowed to a crawl. I wanted to cry.
For a while I used my Videx in my //e, but that caused too many
compatibility problems with other programs.

I still have my old patch notes.
I believe there was a version of Wordstar for the Apple.
But I had used an old generic version 2.1.
I used the setup program to support Soroq IQ-120 terminal, TTY printer, and
then used DDT to patch it for the //e and Epson printer.
I'm sure none of what I did would work with Worstar 3.x.
But your question made me so nostalgic, I had to reply.
