Apple II CP/M requires a disk formatting program, just like ProDOS.
If you do not have the program, then your next best bet is to
boot DOS 3.3 and use the COPYA program to make a backup of your
boot disk. Erase the CP/M files from the copy and you have your
first blank disk. Copy that for more blank disks.
If CP/M 3.0 uses the same disk data format and directory
structure, you may be able to boot CP/M 2.2 for your card
and use that FORMAT program. What card do you have?
