The two SRAM's are Mitsubishi 8Kx8's, for a total of 16KB.
The mapping of the SRAM by the PAL may be a bit harder...

I wouldn't be surprised if this were mappable in place of the Apple
ROMs, like a 16KB Language Card.  It would have the advantage
of requiring no jumper to the main board DRAM and having a very
low chip count.
