Particular manufacturing runs of power supplies are different, so
exact instructions are difficult. Look within an inch or two of
where the power/switch connects to the power supply PC board.
You should find two pads connected by an insulated wire. If you clip
this wire (and remove it, so that it does not short to anything) you
should have successfully converted the power supply from 115VAC
to 230VAC. For confirmation, on some supplies the two pads are
labelled "115v".

If the monitor will sync to 15.7kHz and accept analog RGB, you
have a good chance of success.
