Sorry Bryan, but you are incorrect.
You can still buy Vol III "new" from A2Central, as they are handling all
the Bytework sales (I might be slightly off on that, but I don't think so.)
BTW, Bill and I both recently lost out on eBay for a copy of Vol. III.
