I agree with Paul, the M$ card and PCPI card use different boot disks.
after booting, however you can read files CP/M disks created by other Apple
CP/M cards.

The .SDK disks should work, although I have found the PCPI card to be a bit
fussy with bad disks or bad drives. I would suggest to format new or good
5.25" disks and make sure they have no bad sectors using a disk utility like
Copy ][ Plus. Also make sure your drive heads are clean and that the drive
speed is correctly adjusted to 199ms (or whatever the correct speed is ?).
Use the 8-bit version of Shrinkit 3.4 to create the disks and everything
should work correctly.
