Re: Making Backup of Multiscribe
Funny thing... I found a ratty old backup of Multiscribe (version
1.11) and made a few copies with CopyII+. The copies work flawlessly
except that they are un-bootable. I have to boot from another Prodos
disk, exit to the Prodos launcher (BYE command) and then select either
Prodos or MS.SYSTEM on the Multiscribe disk.
I'm wondering if that has anything to do with copy protection or if
I'm doing something wrong.

Unfortunately I have no way to transfer downloaded files to my A2s,
hence the piratical exploits.
Another funny thing... each of the Multiscribe originals I tried to
copy from went bad immediately after copying... coincidence or a very
sinister protection scheme???
