No problem.  I will write it all up on the web very soon, but if you can't

To answer your question briefly though, the XRGB-2 and 2plus are general
purpose VGA converter boxes that convert composite, S-Video, and 15.7 kHz
Horizontal Refresh Composite Sync RGB (such as that output by arcade and
home video game systems (its primary use), as well as the IIGS) to 31 kHz
(640 x 480) VGA (and 47 kHz 1024x768 too for the 2plus).  The boxes are
pricy though: $150-200, and only sold in Japan (but there are a couple
specialty importers that import them into the US.)
