If you have access to a Mac with a SuperDrive floppy (the ones that suck the
disk in), you can download the disk images from Apple's archives and use
DiskCopy (also a free download from Apple) to transfer the disk images to
real floppies. The newer Power Macs with manual inject floppy disks don't
work, and of course the new Macs don't have floppies at all.
If someone sends you the disks, be sure to get a comm program and utilities
like Shrinkit, ShrinkitGS, etc so you can start downloading programs from
the net and extracting them.
