For #1, I have a spare set of the original diskettes that shipped with
the Apple IIc. This includes a ProDOS startup diskette with "System
Utilities" (format a disk, copy a disk, etc.). I also have a copy of
the DOS 3.3 Master Diskette, which you can use to boot DOS 3.3 (erm,
Apple's DOS, *NOT* MS-DOS). You also might find it easier to copy
disks with another 5.25" floppy. I have a spare 5.25" disk drive you
can also have...
For #2, as others have pointed out, check the FAQ, and search on ADT.
