What to do with a bare IIc?

Hi,

I recently picked up an Apple IIc at a yard sale.  I'd really like to
play around with it but the system came with no disks at all.  From
reading the online FAQs, I assume I need at least a DOS or ProDOS disk
to get the system going.  I don't have access to another Apple/Mac to
copy a disk but can download the images available on the web.

I guess I've basically got 2 questions:

1. How can I get this system up and running without any disks at all?
2. Once I do get it running, what are my options as far as using disk
images downloaded from the Internet?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  The IIc didn't cost me much
but I'd love to spend some time with it.  Thanks.
