The Grappler+ has no memory on it. The Pro-Grappler has a small amount,
I
forget the exact amount

Orange Micro built 3 different BufferBoards. Only difference was the
pinout
on the two connectors So if it works with the Grappler+ it should work
with
the Pro-Grappler as they both have the same pinout. Which is better? The
Pro-Grappler has a few features the Grappler+ lacks but if you're happy
with the Grappler+ why change?

It's transparent. You can even use it on an Apple III. There is a
built-in
RAM test if you need it.
