Data Highway card?

Has anyone ever used a card called the Data Highway (aka Apple Friend Card?)
It plugs into the Apple II, and it has a 25pin female connector that plugs
into an RS232 serial port, and it's used to transfer files between an Apple
II and a PC (either way.)
I'll attach a photo to a second post, if you're interested in seeing it.
