The cbmconvert program by me supports 1581, 1541 and 1571 disk images
and many other formats.  I'd keep single program files in individual
files, e.g. "Elite.prg".

I will happily convert files on disk images to other formats, but the
main consideration is that all files are properly documented.

Follow-ups set again to comp.sys.cbm, as this message has no Apple II
content.  (I tried to purchase one for some $10 some 10 years ago, but
someone sniped it right before me.)
