I posted earlier that I might try setting up a cancelbot...haven't gotten
one running yet, but I just semiautomatically killed a few hundred offtopic
posts in comp.binaries.apple2. I suspect the cancel messages might take a
little time to circulate, but if you check comp.binaries.apple2, you should
see no messages from teleline.es for the past few days (I canceled
everything posted from *.teleline.es to comp.binaries.apple2 that was on
news.lvcm.com as of 11:30 AM PDT).
Could someone check and see if the cancel messages are working their way
around Usenet? I don't mind parking a cancelbot on my server (the added
bandwidth is minimal), but I won't bother if it's not going to work.
