I was using ShrinkIt.

I was booting from the server then, at the Basic prompt typing IN#5 which
boots ShrinkIt.  At that point, tabbing through the volumes shows only local
drives but not the network volume.

Sorry, I meant the software that I assume is supplied with the Workstation
Card, not the card itself.
