Lost programs

This year I have made an inventory of all my Apple II+ diskettes to see
wich one that work, could be repaired or doesn't work any more.

The ones that do not work any more are:

Dallas Quest
Floppy
Flight Simulator II
Lock N' Chase, Aquatron, Phaser Fire, Bouncing Kamugas
Tubeway
Crush Chumble & Chomp
Silent Service
Space Shultle
Lurking Horror
Labyrith

Does anyone know where (preferrably FTP-server) to find them.
