It's a green-screen standard TV monitor. It will work with
any NTSC-standard video signal, displaying a monochrome
green picture. It will _not_ work with a Mac (unless it has
a TV output!).
Since it is a standard TV monitor, it will display either
interlaced (TV) or non-interlaced (standard Apple II) video.
Non-interlaced, the visible raster is about 200 lines (192
on an Apple II) and interlaced, with a TV signal, it's about
400.
Horizontal scan frequency is about 15,850Hz and vertical
scan frequency is about 60Hz. Input is about 1v composite
video, black negative.
