The only common way of doing this is with a CGA card which has a
composite video output. Note that EGA cards have the same RCA connector
but do not have a composite video signal on that connector.
I have a clone CGA adapter that has two RCA outputs, one color and one
patterned monochrome. The problem is that the card will only fit an
8-bit slot because it protrudes downward and interferes with a 16-bit
slot.
