Contact your states's Attorney General Office.  It is illegal to interfer
with intra- and inter-state commerce.  Keep a record of all emails you
suspect of being blocked, and especially any financial losses that
resulted.  Be persistent in asking the attorney general to enforce the
laws.  "The squeaky wheel gets the grease" is sadly too true.
