I just gave you two. There are more. They are "national" ISP's with
local dial-up numbers. Take a look. FCOL eskimo.net has numbers in all
50 states!

Don't be an imbecile. 56k is the top speed not the minimum speed. 56k
modems will connect at any speed your modem negotiates. Just to make
sure that something hasn't changed in the past month I just called 6 of
the local numbers from foxvalley.net and eskimo.net that advertised as
56k and forced them to connect at 4800 baud. They all made 4800 baud
connections. Sheesh.

The problem isn't your IIe or the local ISP's. The problem seems to be
that you are lazy or you are a moron. Dude, you should get a Dell. That
seems to be your speed. Blaming spamcop because you are a cheap bastard
is pretty lame, if you ask me.
