I believe while in DOS or PRODOS typing
IN#S takes input from the card in slot #S
and
PR#S sends output to slot #S
I have an Apple II Plus, where it really seems to redirect
output, ie nothing is displayed on my monitor if the do a PR#
until I do PR#0 to redirect back to the monitor.
My II /e seems to do a 'T' in that I see ouput on both
the monitor and the serial connection after PR#. Similarly
on the II /e I can send into in the serial port or type it on
the keyboard, but only in the serial port on the II plus after
an IN #. Is this normal?
