I obtained the entire Sequential's site contents and all of their archived
Apple II related stuff a couple of years ago before it all was taken offlibne
and dumped into A2 Neverneverland. :) It's somewhere in the GS WorldView
ezine collection.
Perhaps Rubywand can locate it in there if anybody is interested in it.
