I have never heard of a GS disk image.
What type of disk image do you have after you extract with Nulib?

Several image types are used for images larger than 140 kb. PO, 2MG
and HDV come to mind.
To my knowledge ordinary DOS 3.3 does not support disks larger than
143 kb. There are a couple of patched versions that support 400 kb for
use on a 3.5 inch floppy.

Again, this would depend on the type of image you start with. Also,
there isn't really one standard type of 140 kb disk image.
