IIc AE Z80c card question

Hey, Wayne

I asked how to install the AE Z80c card into my IIc a while back, and you
described the likely way that it should be done. Well, I tried to install it
tonight but it doesn't seem to fit. I posted the IIc and the card on my web

Would you mind taking a look at it to see, first of all, if this card is even
for a IIc and if it is, do you notice anything about it that might help me
install it?
What happens when I try to install it is that, after removing the CPU, I try
to install the card but the Z80 chip underneath the card bumps up against
that strange black plug on the far right side of the board, next to the CPU
in the front. That connector causes the card to want to tilt to the left.

Also, the black clip doesn't seem to want to clip very well to the TMG chip.
It either slides off, or makes contact with pin one of the chip. I also don't
think that the floppy drive would seat correctly with that clip in place.

Can anyone offer any helpful advice about this card?
