help convert Apple disks to disk images preserve data?

I have 9 5.25" Apple IIe disks, and I REALLY would like to archive the data 
off of them.  Most of the disks contain Bank Street Writer documents, but 
there is some other data that I would also like to preserve.  What I was 
hoping was that I could access these files either in an emulator, or within 
Microsoft Word or something like that.  Is there anyone out there who can 
help me convert these disks to disk images on a CD or something like that?  
I am willing to pay a few bucks ($20ish) for any assistance.  I am also 
willing to send the disks out if this would help.  Thanks so much.  Any 
suggestions on how to save this data is also really appreciated.  I only 
have a PC now.
